If you are thinking what kind of goals so don’t worry I tell you about how much you want to reduce your weight in one month take it like a challenge if you want to look slim so please avoid junk food there some healthy options like fruits ,vegetable, salads, chapatis, pulses. pulses are high in protein if you are I want to build your body and you go to gym everyday so I eat pulses and soya berries if you are in vegetarian. If you are not a vegetarian you have many options like eggs 🍖 meat etc.

Lazy weight loss tips

1. Before eating food or drink one glass of water so you eat less

2. After eating any meal make a d i y homemade fitness drink. First take Ginger and chop it take cumin and grind it then take a glass half full of water and mix ginger , lemon and cumin in water this drink is very effective

3. Take pils of vitamin E after eating lunch

Eating a good breakfast

Studies show that person who eat a balance breakfast do better through out the day

They eat less fat and cholesterol and are not as likely to overeat later in the day

Limit the amount of sugar

Limit the amount of sugar in your diet,beware of hidden sugar .eat more fruits vegetable and whole grain 🌾
